Back hip pain, ache, and tightness (radiating down the leg)
Pain occurs in the back of the hip or lower back, radiating down the thigh. The symptoms mostly occur after waking up, after being in the same position for a long time, when getting up from a sitting position, standing, or walking, making it difficult to walk or limp.

- Hip muscles strain
- Sacroiliac joint dysfunction
When to see a doctor
- Severe pain makes it difficult to move
- Severe pain and an inability to bear weight on the leg
- Pain is accompanied by fever
