Back Pain with Fever
Typically, a fever indicates an infection. Therefore, one of the common causes of back pain with fever is an infection of the spines or intervertebral discs which were damaged by germs. The pain generally aggravates during moving, sitting, standing, or walking. An infection of internal organs in the back region, such as kidney or other intra-abdominal organs, can be the cause of back pain with fever as well.

- Spondylodiscitis
- Infection of any structures in the back region
