Initial symptom diagnosis / NECK

Pain on the neck, shoulder and occipital region, are mostly caused by improper use for a long periods of time. This causes the muscles to contract abnormally and create a painful trigger point when pressed. Other symptoms include pain or numbness in the surrounding area or down the arm.

Another cause of pain on neck and shoulders is the degenerative cervical disc causing pain and stiffness in the neck and decreased neck mobility due to deteriorated joints.
